Import Desk provides guidance and tools to help importers structure their trade deals, including support with payment methods, trade terms, documents, risk and related matters. Our services are informational and advisory in nature and are provided to businesses only.
3. Not regulated advice
Import Desk is not an FCA-authorised firm. We do not provide regulated financial, legal, tax or investment advice, and we do not arrange or broker regulated credit. Where a deal requires regulated products or advice, we may introduce you to authorised third-party providers, who are solely responsible for the services they provide.
4. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you give us, for your own commercial decisions, and for complying with all laws applicable to your trade, including sanctions, export controls and customs requirements. Our guidance supports your decisions; it does not replace them.
5. Fees
Fees for our services are agreed with you in advance. Unless stated otherwise, fees are exclusive of VAT and payable in accordance with the terms of your engagement.

These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales, and the courts of England & Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
